About reservation method

・Reservations and cancellations can be made from two months before the desired month up to the day before the reservation date.

・For cancellations, please read the refund policy separately.

About the reservation flow

1. Please put the product of the course you want to experience and the admission ticket in the shopping basket. You can also purchase admission tickets only. (with date designation)

Also, due to the system, the quantity will be "1" even if the number of people who experience when referring to the cart is multiple. The number of admission fees is indicated for the number of people. Please confirm the amount before proceeding with payment.

2. Please complete the payment procedure.

3. Please check that you have received the "[Shiroi Koibito Park] Reservation Confirmation" email at your registered address.

4. Please tell us your 4-digit order number at the ticket center on the day of your visit.

・You will receive a "[Shiroi Koibito Park] Confirmation of your order" email at your registered address.

Reservation change

・Changes cannot be made after purchase. Please purchase again after canceling.

Cancellation of reservation

1. Please log in from the reservation site of Shiroi Koibito Park.

2. After clicking "Account (person icon)" in the menu, click "Click here to cancel" at the bottom.

3. If you click on the reservation you want to cancel, it will be canceled immediately.

Four. Please check that you have received the message "[Shiroi Koibito Park] reservation cancellation has been received."


About the notification email of the date of your visit

We will send you a notification email the day before your arrival.

Notification emails will be sent for each scheduled course start time. Please note that you may receive multiple emails.

On the day of the event, please present the screen at the ticket center, Sweets Workshop Dream Kitchen.
