Can I change my reservation online?
Changes cannot be made after purchase. Please purchase again after canceling.

How do I make a phone reservation?
We are currently not accepting phone reservations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase from this website.
If I am an honorary member, how do I make a reservation?
For honorary members, please make a reservation only for the trial course .
No admission ticket purchase required. Please present your honorary member stamp card or honorary member passport at the ticket center on the day.
I have a discount coupon. Can I get a discount from the admission fee?
Discount coupons can only be applied on the day of payment .
Please make a reservation only for the experience course when making a reservation in advance .
Please submit and present the coupon at the ticket center on the day of the event to make payment.

What should I do if I want to make a reservation for more than 10 people?
A group rate will be applied for visits of 10 or more people. Please contact us by phone.

About experience reservation
Do I need to pay an admission fee to use Sweets Workshop Dream Kitchen?
From July 1, 2021 (Thursday), an admission fee will also be required. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to purchase both at the same time .
*Sapporo citizen rate will be applied upon presentation of public identification (driver's license, insurance card, My Number card, etc.) that shows the address of all customers.
What should I do if I only booked the experience?
Please purchase an admission ticket .
Is Sweets Workshop Dream Kitchen fully booked?
It is not a complete reservation system. If there is space on the day, you can experience it.
For parties of 9 or less, we accept reservations for 3 months, including the month in which reservations are accepted.
Internet: From 2 months to the day before the desired month *All seats may be filled. Please note.
*We do not accept reservations by phone.
Can I accompany my child?
Children up to junior high school age (15 years old) can be accompanied by one adult per one experience. In addition, we ask that preschool children be accompanied.
I would like to try it on my own, without the adults. Do adults also have to pay the experience fee? Do I have to enter the number of people?
Please make a reservation for the number of sheets you want to create. Number = Please select the number of children to experience. Please do not include the accompanying adults in the reservation.

I will experience it alone, but can I make more than one?

What should I do if I arrive at the wrong experience time?
First, please ask the reception staff. We will check if it is possible to make a transfer during the free time.

I only made an admission reservation, but what should I do if I want to try the experience later?
Reservations can be made from this website up to 23:59 the day before.
On the day of the event, if there is space at the store, you can experience it. Please ask the reception staff.
What should I do if there is an increase or decrease in the number of visitors on the day?
1. In the case of purchasing only [admission ticket]

・Decrease…Cancellation is not possible on the day.

Booked two. Can I have the experience in the same seat?
One basic reservation will be the same seat.
It depends on the situation on the day, so if you have a preference, please ask the staff on the day.
What should I do if I have a group of 10 or more people?
We will tell you the required time from the time of arrival as a group of 10 or more people, so please contact us by phone.
What should I do if I want to experience 2 courses?
Depending on the course, experience times may overlap. In that case, they cannot be experienced at the same time.
The required time is listed on each experience page, so please check it before making a reservation.
