Reservation acceptance period: From 10:00 on the day two months before the desired reservation date to 10 hours before the event start date and time. All time based on Japan Standard Time.

Payment period: When the reservation is completed

Validity of application: Valid only for the visit date and time specified by the customer at the time of reservation.

Reservation Changes: If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation. Please refer to "Reservation Cancellation" and "Cancellation Fees" for cancellation fees.

Cancellation of reservation: Please note that due to system processing, the cancellation period varies depending on the service purchased on the website.
・Cancellation is possible from My Page up to 10 hours before the event start time of the purchased service.
・Cancellation after 10 hours before the event start time is only accepted by phone. (*Please note that a prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.)
